I support capable, self-aware adults who are used to doing it all and looking after others, but feel stuck or disconnected and want to feel more like themselves again.
You’re capable, thoughtful, and used to holding things together.
From the outside, your life may look settled; you’re managing, achieving, and taking care of what needs to be done. But inside, something feels doesn’t feel right. You might feel stuck, disconnected from yourself, or unsure what you actually want.
You’re often the one others rely on; the one who copes, organises, and looks after things.
But recently, that way of being isn’t working in the same way it used to.
You might recognise yourself in some of these:

feeling disconnected from yourself, or unsure what you want

experiencing burnout or overwhelm

struggling with ongoing symptoms in your body (poor sleep, IBS)

feeling stuck in a relationship and unsure how to move forward

You know something needs to change; but you don’t know how.
How I Work
In our work together, we slow things down.
Rather than trying to fix or push past what you’re feeling, we begin to understand it; where it comes from, and why it makes sense.
Often, the patterns that feel difficult now were ways of coping earlier in life; ways of adapting, staying safe, or managing relationships. Over time, they can lead to feeling disconnected from your own needs and responses.
Therapy offers a space to reconnect.
We might explore:

how earlier experiences have shaped the way you relate to yourself and others

the patterns that keep you feeling stuck

what your body is signalling, and how to begin listening to it

how to respond to yourself with more understanding and compassion
This isn’t about becoming a different person.
It’s about feeling more like yourself; and having more choice in how you live and relate.
